Neeti Banerji crafted a series of illustrations for the Centre for Environment & Humanity.
The designs invited viewers to discover the living tapestry of the Kodaikanal region. With a gentle and attentive aesthetic she brought forward the voices of the land. She also highlighted the quiet wonders of the indigenous plants and animals of the Palini Hills.
Each piece was rooted in thoughtful research by the Terre Generation team for the Indian Climate Experience. Through her evocative sense of belonging and curiosity, she unfolded the story behind biodiversity and its deep connection to human life.
Her illustrations encoraged viewers to reflect on their relationship with other species. The contemporary visuals inspired not just admiration, but also a call for active care, nurturing a deeper connection to the ecology of the Nilgiris.
