Fenty Ki Haveli

When Fenty Beauty debuted in India with Tira, Fenty Ki Haveli offered an opportunity to reinterpret the brand through a distinctly Indian lens. Illustrator Neeti Banerji created a series of 10 illustrations that brought together the richness of haveli culture and Fenty’s lively, inclusive spirit, with a generous dose of humour.

The brief called for Fenty products, diverse skin tones and recognisable Indian references, from saris and chai to samosas and intricate architectural details. The challenge was to combine these elements in a way that felt natural rather than predictable. Neeti developed a rich, warm palette with pink accents, pairing lush, fully rendered backdrops with looser, sketch-like details. Unexpected touches, such as a flamingo pool toy, added a playful counterpoint, while carefully placed products encouraged viewers to look closer. From flowers woven into a braid to patterned serving platters and celebratory jhumkas, the illustrations rewarded attention without losing sight of the larger composition.

The artwork extended beyond the illustrations themselves, appearing across the Fenty Ki Haveli pop-up and event collateral, including cup sleeves and postcards. Each application carried the visual language into a different part of the launch, creating a cohesive experience that celebrated Fenty’s Indian debut with colour, wit and a distinctive point of view.
